If there is an issue with payment authorization on your end, we may see a delay in shipment until the issue is resolved. Please be mindful of the import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, as payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your order! If, for any reason, you are not 100% pleased with your piece, you are welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery given that all tags and labels are attached, and that the item remains unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. We recommend trying on the item when you are not wearing makeup to avoid any soiling. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the items and the packaging box, and remain liable until we have received the item.

To make an exchange, please email us at hello@muskanmumtaz.com within 7 days of receipt and title the subject line “Exchange Request: Order #:_____” You are welcome to exchange your piece given that all tags and labels are attached, and that the item remains unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. We recommend trying on the item when you are not wearing makeup to avoid any soiling. When exchanging the item, please return the item in a poly-mailer (without the box). Customers remain liable until we have received the item.
